The champion’s tunic is behind the throne in Hyrule Castle. There’s a small thing you have to do to reveal it’s hidden spot

One thing I don’t like about this game is how inconsequential stamina seems to be compared to BOTW. You’ve got someone like Penlab upgrading just hearts and no stamina, whereas in BOTW it genuinely felt like you needed a good bit of both. Stamina was arguably more necessary. Climbing just isn’t nearly as important in this game and there are so many ways to get extra stamina via potions and elixirs that you could pretty much just get by using those for almost everything, besides the master sword. I still leveled up my stamina to the max but I find I don’t need it nearly as much as in BOTW.

And it doesn’t ever run out of energy? Right?
oh shit. I haven’t gotten anywhere near there yet. Is the little thing in that room? Or is it elsewhere?

I agree that stamina is not as essential in this game. And I think it’s fine. It helps differentiate between the two games. You take a different approach. I like that. I find the extra wheel to be helpful when paragliding from sky island to sky island.

For what it’s worth I think that second stamina wheel not only increases mobility in the world, but it also helps you in combat, meaning you might get hit less

if i'm remembering correctly regarding the Champion's Tunic, the first clue is in a house in Hateno Zelda's house which leads to another clue that explains how to get it

The master sword does run out of energy and then takes 10 minutes to refresh.

The thing you have to do for the champion’s tunic is right there where it’s at.

why is penlab so anti stamina when you can literally cook meals that give you full restore and 15 bonus hearts lol

stamina is infinitely more valuable than hearts in this game and in BOTW

Hmm I completely disagree about it being more valuable in this game. What makes you say that?

I can easily argue the reverse, as I haven't had any problems yet and you can cook stamina-raising meals, not that I've needed to. Maybe you're the one with the issue.

The question is why are people so anti letting penlab play the way he wants to? If he isn’t having issues, what’s the problem?

And I would say stamina is not more valuable in this game. Between the towers shooting you so high up and ascend, climbing is not as critical as it was in BOTW.

I only suggested he might have an even better time if he tries out (it’s not like you have to commit) having more stamina. I’m not anti anything.

The argument that towers are higher in this game holds no weight if you don't have stamina to get to where you need to get. The amount of climbing (both above ground and below) that is required to explore and get to new places and heights, the ability to glide extended periods is crucial to being able to effectively explore the sky and reach new islands, and with the introduction of caves and wells, you're swimming way more in this game than you did in the previous. stamina is way more important to have an abundance of, especially as early as you can.

when you compare the two, 5 additional hearts = 1 new full stamina wheel. i would argue that what a whole additional stamina wheel provides for you is far and away more beneficial to you than 5 additional hearts, considering how quickly and easily you can throw a dish together that gives you 5+ hearts refill. plus, you can literally upgrade your armor to take less damage.

i'm not saying hearts arent important, obviously they are lol, you're not going to rush into a fight with Ganon with 6 hearts, but in my opinion, stamina is way more crucial to your success in this game.

I agree with this, with the caveat that building can get you around many stamina hurdles, if that’s your thing
