That's a Qatari news group, some users are saying they're owned by Jassim's father? For what it's worth, James Ducker of the Telegraph (very reliable United journo) follows that account, which might give a bit of weight to it.

At the same time, there's been lots of reports that Jassim is just a front and has had very little to do with the bid, so the link between his supposed father's news org could be unrelated.

 

Now this is interesting. Saudi the only clubs in the world that could match his current United wage.

this is funny. It’s all based on a Qatar newspaper that essentially did a gossip column saying there were rumours from Twitter (from a fake ITK I believe) that Qatar had won. It’s circled around since then.
