I posted this on the Nintendo thread last night, but Harvest Moon SNES just got released on Switch Online. Playing that franchise for the first time in 25 years made me really appreciate how much Concerned Ape improved upon the gameplay in almost every way when he made Stardew.

 

Blasphemous: I'm at about 50% completion and stuck on two bosses blocking the next areas so I started looking at the wiki for things I might've missed and I feel like I made more progress in the last thirty minutes than I did in the three hours I played before that

 

I feel like souls like games would’ve been much bigger in the age of official game guides because that’s really the only way you can progress through them sometimes but since that entire thing has been moved to online walkthroughs a ton of people who might otherwise get a strategy guide just have no clue what to do lol

 

This looks so cool

 

The team from Days Gone is what sold me on it.

That's a laugh. They still have Code Veronica and the original at least, and then who's to say they don't try to touch 5 and 6? If anything they'll just move on to other franchises, like Dino Crisis or Onimusha (fingers crossed).

Id love Dino Crisis or Onimusha remakes. They have alot of potential to be rebooted too. Ive actually talked about that a couple times in here.

i never understood why people didnt like 0, I enjoyed it immensely back when it came out. was nice to have more after the excellent REmake.

 

They may not need them but my sorry ass would still eat that shit up if they did remake them. Lol

But CV absolutely needs to be remade and better happen
