  2. I guess getting paid a shit ton of money and living in Paris is pretty appealing....but when are these players going to notice the trend of bigger names going to PSG and not having a good time?

    Apparently, Asensio is going there.

  7. The earlier United buy a striker, the earlier the Kane rumors go away.

We want 2. An experienced one and a younger one.

but either way Levy is never selling to United. Only way he ever plays for us is signing on a free next year.

  9. It's gonna be a sad day when he joins United next season, wins the league, and breaks the PL goals record in this first season away.

Marseille are going to beat Spurs to Ange Postecoglou / Spurs are going to saved by Marseille.

    Pick your poison.

The whole Ange/Spurs thing is mad.

I don’t think a team that has won fuck all for almost 20 years, and been absolutely embarrassed by their last few managers, can be fussy over a coach who has not only won more than them, but plays exciting football and would want to be there.

  14. I can't decide if the stories on Leicester and Marseille wanting Ange is just BS leaked from Spurs to make it seem like he's in-demand.....or if it's embarrassing that we're having to compete with those clubs for a manager.

  15. Agreed.

I have no clue if he's going to work or not. But we just hired two managers with two of the best resumes in the world and it did not work lol so the talk about hiring an "unproven" guy is weird to me. It honestly just tells me it doesn't matter who we hire. The problems are deeper than that.

But at least Ange plays attractive soccer and will make us entertaining if he gets the job. At this point, it's all I ask for.

  17. I can’t decide if I actually want Spurs to have a new owner or not. From the business side of things and just the general growth of the club, ENIC has been tremendous. But the obvious flaw is their decision-making on the football side of things. We spend money, we hire big names, and it always fails.

Is there a dream world where Levy can continue growing the club but also relinquish his influence over football decisions???

  18. hire a fucking good DOF (or relatively similar role) who isn’t being investigated for a bunch of bullshit. like they should have done a while ago at this point. the front office structure is an antiquated mess at the club

I know Sheffield Wednesday overturned a bigger deficit recently, but it seems HSV have shat the bed in the play-offs again!

Did they think the guy at the end they threw the chair at was Anthony Taylor?

    hmmm

Oh would you look at that; Mourinho's ugly, toxic petulance has had consequences again. Maybe a few more people will stop finding his perpetual foulness funny, and realise that such miserable narcissistic behaviour is pretty tragic when you're sixty years old and not a child.

It's the indulgent extension of his cult of personality, in actuality unrelated to his achievements, like the supposed success of Alex Ferguson's 'mind games', which was really a combination of him being an excellent manager and a seismic dickhead, rather than some sinister psychological genius.
