My partner had her passport stolen in Rome a couple of years ago so she's very happy with that result haha.

 

That's funny cause I know several other people who that happened to. I believe it's the pickpocketing capital of Europe.

I've never been, but have heard that it's an absolute minefield to navigate all the tourist traps and scams, especially around all the historical areas.

I’ve always been fine in Barca and Rome. I’ve heard Prague is bad, but also was fine there.

 

I think Prague is one of the safest places in Europe

 

Rome was so hot last I was there about five years ago, I might have just given my wallet to a local out of delirium.

 

Finally starting Welcome to Wrexham now that I've been kicked off my aunt's Netflix account and still have my dad's Hulu.

 

When I lived in Barcelona, it was pretty common to see pickpockets on the subway targeting touristy stops. I can't imagine it's a whole lot better now. Luckily I lived in Les Corts so I didn't have to really deal with it much, but when I took my girlfriend there in 2019 I had to stop someone stealing her phone, so that was fun...

 

Getting lost in Les Corts trying to find a metro station after a champions league game and ending up needing to take a taxi with two Celtic fans is my main memory of that area of town.

 

I think this shows perfectly just how good City are.

 

Yeah it’s a nice area, but going back there it was quite a shame how much it had changed. The bottom of my old apartment complex was now a Warhammer store instead of a nice family owned bakery, and my favourite restaurant there was now a McCafe lol.
