Any other good sports to get into whilst I continue to moan about the end of this season for the next few months?

 

Martin Tyler is a fucking idiot if he thinks the Premier league isn't a one team league.

 

Rugby League is fast, entertaining and quite easy to understand if you care enough.

 

Fair play to Brighton but I fucking hate the double standards in commentary and punditry. De Zerbi doing a choreographed knee slide onto the pitch is “glorious”, but Arteta would get pelters for that. Annoying.

Fair play to Brighton though. Great performance and I hope they do really well in Europe next year.

He hadnt really held down a first choice spot at any team for the best part of six years before De Zerbi said he preferred the way he used possession over Sanchez. Sanchez was a Spanish international when De Zerbi made this decision. The rest is history.

 

Wasn’t he third choice and a bit of a joke two seasons ago? Super cool when players turn things around like that.

 

I hope Brighton keeps most of their team together. I’m going to see them play Newcastle this summer in NYC and it could make for an awesome watch, even for a friendly.
