It’s probably my favorite of the Gillian Flynn adaptations. Beyond just telling the story, it captured the vibe of the book very well. Sweeney’s was okay in it. Haven’t watched Euphoria, but both White Lotus and Everything Sucks she did did pretty well in. Dunno that I necessarily buy her as Reality Winner though

 

the role I most remember Sydney from is Handmaid's Tale tbh. New movie looks cool

 

I know her from Euphoria. She may have stood out to me for various reasons, some good and some immature.

I’ve only seen her in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood outside of that, I think.

 

Haha. I also don’t remember her in “Once Upon A Time.” But I also haven’t seen that in awhile.

And she absolutely is to younger generations what Jennifer Love Hewitt was to my generation. Except I think she has a more promising career.

 

I might rewatch the newsroom just because of how absurdly bad it was

 

She was great on Everything Sucks. Still salty it got cancelled

 

Rewatching season 4 of Documentary Now! now that it's on Netflix. Soldier Of Illusion is so goddamn brilliant. Might be the best thing John Mulaney ever wrote.

Sweeney had a pretty solid performance in Nocturne, a little horror film from 2020

Amy Adams, Patricia Clarkson, and Eliza Scanlen are an amazing trio. I don't remember seeing Sydney Sweeney in anything outside of Euphoria at all, but like, apparently I've seen her in Sharp Objects and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Just saw a trailer for a new Eliza Scanlen movie, idk if it's really my thing but it looks like she's gonna be great in it.

 

She had a very small role, but I saw it after seeing her in Euphoria, so I immediately recognized her. She was one of the girls at the Manson ranch or whatever.

I also remembered I first saw her in an Amazon movie called The Voyeurs. I had recently gotten Prime and I had seen ads for it everywhere and checked it out.

 

New Queer Eye today! Only 7 episodes this time.
