I've got a David Bowie and Elton John live albums from RSD 2018 that are pretty cool. Nirvana and Pearl Jam unplugged.

I regret not getting the Soul Asylum unplugged during RSD.

A few others that don't get play like Alexisonfire and Polar Bear Club.

I will say my fav live albums are the City and Colour "Guide Me Back Home", MxPx "Live in San Antonio" and Death Cab w/ the Magik Magik Orchestra.

Yep. Emailed them earlier this morning.

A little reassuring I'm not the only one.

Don’t think I’d ever do an EP for more than $30 which is what some full albums cost nowadays. Unless the EP is abnormally long or something. $100 for an EP is ridiculous, especially one of mostly live tracks.

I really just want the original version, no interest in a re-record unfortunately

If I remember right, they had a big falling out with the record label that put this one out, so I'm not sure if a vinyl re-press of the original will happen...or if this is just the band trying to get out in front of a possible anniversary re-pressing?

Just talked to a member of an old solid state band yesterday and they said that capitol wants 10 grand per album for the masters. Such BS

I saw someone on ebay has 4 copies of The 1975 Philharmonic for $150, which is insane, but like, the lower end for how much they’re selling.

    Sounds reasonable to me.

  24. My copy of Chuck from RSD came in today! Feeling really fortunate. Giving it a test spin now and it sounds great. Super happy to confirm the gaps between songs aren’t there, hearing about that on past pressings always bummed me out
