also I think I read whatever stadium they’re trying to build in Vegas won’t be open until 2027 at the earliest so like… what sort of horrible vibes will befall Oakland for the next 4 years

 

Long time lurker, first time caller. Not sure how baseball will do there but Vegas has really rallied and bought into the Aces and the Golden Knights. Still no clue how they’d take to an outdoor sport but the interest for Vegas teams is definitely there from locals

well since the coliseum lease ends after 2024 wouldn’t they just play in the aviators’ current park for 2025-26?

I’m sure Vegas will support the A’s but they’re also yet to see a bad team. Aces and Knights are both good, Raiders just have one of the most loyal fan bases in the NFL

curious to see what the A’s will do roster wise before they move
