I think I'm one of like, 4 Giants fans on here, and I generally refrain from saying that on here cause "giants fans r the wurst AMIRITE", but man, that game was so exciting and fun to watch last night. I love postseason baseball more than anything, with or without my team. These next few weeks are going to be great.

Enjoy the pre-game because I don't think indians stand a chance. (Not a Boston fan either)

  5. idk man, it's been quite the year for cleveland

You're probably right but the Indians have continued to win all season long despite the deck stacked way against them all season. Played entire year without their best player, their catcher and two of their starters being injured much of the second half of season and yet they just kept winning.

Bauer is inconsistent but he is capable of pitching very well and obviously Kluber is a top pitcher in the entire majors and Tomlin has been lights out his last 5 starts (and started the season 9-0) and our bullpen is best in the business. Offensively, we're extremely underrated and our base running is exceptional. I'm damn proud of this team for what they've been through and how far they've come.

We'll see what happens. 2016 seems to be Cleveland's year thus far.

Listen I hope you're right, I'm a Yankee fan and sick of Beantown taking everything. Especially don't want Ortiz going out on top even though MLB prob does. But with no Salazar or Carrasco, I just see Boston's bats going to town.

I guess my point in my last post was that the Indians pretty much played without Salazar and Carrasco the entire second half of the season and still kept winning. So it's not like those guys just dropped off out of the blue. In fact, the games Salazar did play in the second half of the season, he was LIT up game after game. Never won a game after all-star break.

No I knew what you meant. Sure you got by the likes of the White Sox, Twins, etc. and didn't want to have to spell it out for you but this is the postseason now. Happy there's still some optimistic fans though.

Like I said, we'll see. Bauer has had at least 10 starts this year where he allowed just 1 run or less. Kluber is a Cy Young candidate and Tomlin was a 13-game winner and with this bullpen, you really only need 5 quality innings from a starter anyway.

No doubt the Indians are underdogs, but I don't think we're as big of an underdog as national media is making us out to be.

Short series, never know. Definitely need the good Kluber here. ... P.S. Thanks for Frazier and you're welcome for Miller.

  12. I feel like most of what you just said about the indians could also be said, almost word for word, for the red sox. except injuries and stuff. not a value judgement just funny

Terrible outing from Hamels, couldn't locate anything. Only reason to leave him in is to save the bullpen.

Terrible strikezone for Choo, nothing hit the plate but he was called out on strikes. Robot umps please.

Interesting to watch a Yankees fan hating on the Sox from outside the playoffs. Tables sure turn.

These challenges getting guys out for slllllightly coming off the bag during their slide bugs me. I mean I know they're out but they don't even overslide, it's for a split second in the middle of it.

  18. you wouldn't happen to be announcing the game on TBS would you

Lol at the Cleveland schmuck with the " 86 Red Sox: chokers" sign behind home plate. How many titles have the Indians won since then?

  24. wow, the red sox have done the impossible. they've figured out how to time travel and bring 2015 rick porcello to the present

Not to mention during their peak/failed dynasty of the 90s, Pedro and the Sox memorably knocked them out...
