I’ll admit I didn’t realize that. And I agree, covid is still happening—I’m not an anti vaxxer by any means. There’s just something about hearing “quarantine blues” that makes me roll my eyes ‍

I’ll agree with you on some tracks like Jet Pack Blues and Favorite Record (as well as some more) but looking at 3 records as a whole?

I’ve personally felt that their post-reunion material is more vapid (to me at least) than not prior to this record.

I can get the criticism of Pete's lyrics post-hiatus, but on one hand, The Kids Aren't Alright has a ton to adore, and on the other hand, he wrote "Supra and the prophet are both in the business of souls" in one of the greatest records of all time (and i hate it)
