This is pretty dope and their best since Folie for me.

 

Definitely feels like a spiritual sequel to IOH/FOD. It's not quite a "return to guitars" that some of the fanbase may have wanted but feels more like a Fall Out Boy 3.0 record which I like a lot.

 

I can’t wait to have kids so I can introduce them to REAL music

Also, can they please pull a 1975 and play 95% of the new album on the tour

Love the new record! Definitely their strongest since Save Rock and Roll. What A Time To Be Alive and Fake Out are my favorite tracks

2026 10 year “ i like it tour” to celebrate the fact that that albums title is an homage to FOB song titles, but not really a 10 year tour because we don’t chase nostalgia

 

I think Matty said years ago that they did get a tour offer from FOB once. It’ll happen.

Songwriting wise this album is not far off from Mania, this just has better songs haha.

 

Great album. Really playing to their strengths and Patrick kills it as he always does.

 

I remember when The 1975 turned down a FOB tour. Parts of this actually reminded me of them too, along with JEW.

 

Wow that new video is just the best, fun and ridiculous, obviously reminds me of "Kids" by PUP, but actually made me laugh, whereas I think the former made me cry hahh
