Threw on Andrew Santino’s new stand up special on Netflix while getting some work done yesterday. Lotta hacky COVID jokes and transparently right leaning both sides-ism going on. Straight up uses the f slur. Lowkey praises Chapelle. Does some mildly self deprecating white people jokes to kinda cover his tracks but the damage was kinda done lol. All in all pretty disappointing

I posted about it in the comedy thread and pretty much felt the same way. Poor excuse for a special honestly.

I was pumped to watch this last night and was equally bummed it wasnt streaming yet. I dont see why they cant just drop it on hulu as soon as it airs. No one actually has cable these days. Very glad its a two ep premier though.

 

Love this show! First season was SO good, second season took a weird turn but seems like they're getting back to their roots in season three. Made a video with the best moments from these first two episodes.

 

Loved these, the 2nd episode in particular.

 

I love this show so much.

 

First episode reminded me so much of Atlanta but a much more fucked up version of it.

 

Both of these episodes actually had pretty strong Atlanta vibes but this was a great start. Episode 2 is already one of the best in the series

 

Another great ep this week. Lots of fun guest appearances. The Usher bit toward the end was hilarious.

 

Caught up on the first 3 eps last night. Ep 2 almost felt like an episode of The Bear or something, very hectic lol.
