I didn't realize it was a VR thing when I first clicked on the YouTube video, and I was moving my phone around, and there were like two seconds where I thought to myself "huh, this camera work is much more chaotic and random than I thought it was going to be" - but yeah, I didn't watch the whole experience, I only listened to the songs.

I got a couple minutes into it on my TV before feeling like I had to get the full experience in VR. Threw it on my Quest 2. It was incredible. Can’t imagine how cool it would be on better sets.

The songs are beautiful. I’m always going to prefer a little heavier, but this is still great.

Capital Karma was nice but didn’t have me all that excited. The Way got me looking forward to it. But hearing the whole thing has really exceeded my expectations. That was pretty incredible

We reach for the longest shadow

Only gave it one listen in my car, which I don't think is the setting for this one, so I'll reserve judgement for a headphone or late night listen. It was good though. Letting Go was really cool and gave me Bon Iver vibes. I'd say that's a good description for this, new era ManOrch mixed with the more electronic/less acoustic side of Bon Iver.

Above comment captures my thoughts well. I do think you can put "The Way" on any of the past 2 records and it'd be a fan favorite. That's definitely the highlight for me.

The fact that this rollout was fast and they're already recording something that will apparently sound different from this helps me kind of approach/digest/enjoy this a bit differently.

I can see myself digging into this much more in the Fall.

Funny because I heard some Death Cab For Cutie "Lightness" on this song.

The way Andy says "again" on The Way is just so good. The short one, not the long one.

The callback to The Internet really got me last night as I was watching. They seem to put so much thought and care into everything they do and I love that about them.

I watched the film this morning and it's pretty incredible. I was already loving almost all of the EP, but the film was really cool and only made me appreciate these new songs even more.

I create content for some of your favorite artists

I don't think I'll come to any song individual except maybe The Way, but as a whole piece this is really beautiful and flows incredibly well. Excited to check out the film in VR later today.

Now give me that shredding record boys
