I've seen this floated around before but Paul is pretty reliable so I finally believe it. I don't think it's a coincidence we've been immune to a consistent attack since Eriksen left while simultaneously doing nothing but hiring defensive-minded managers. We really need a creative/attacking midfielder. Maddison would've been a great addition. Hopefully when we move on from Conte he'll still be an option for the next manager.

 

Orlando's first CONCACAF Champions League match ended in a draw last night against Tigres with Gallese's massive performance stopping 9 shots. A huge result considering Tigres' history and quality. No one expected us to keep a clean sheet (including myself) and while we are lucky to have not given up a goal, we are now in an even better position to pull an upset. If the reports are true that Gignac will not be travelling to the match in Orlando, then I like our chances to end the match with a draw and then to win in PK's.

 

Cancelo getting a classic side of the grass isn't always greener and that maybe City knew what they were doing when they yeeted him with urgency out of team.
