Seems like Paper Walls would be a no-brainer repress, if that's true. But that album came out on Capitol, so I'm guessing it's a different situation?

 

Man I would LOVE a Paper Walls repress.

 

I was surprised my shop had a copy. Wasn't listed as in stock on their site.

 

I’d take Southern Air immediately. Paper Walls and WYTTSY would be good, too.

 

I believe when Yellowcard first got over to Hopeless, Hopeless had the rights to all 3 Capitol vinyl records and Underdog EP and now only still have whatever records they put out themselves. That box set that was put out in 2011 was released by Hopeless. Paper Walls was in Hopeless’s web store solo about 2 years ago so not sure if they still maintain those or if they’ve lapsed too.

 

I wouldn't count on repressings of Ocean Ave or Paper Walls.

 

Interesting. My guess would be that the licenses lapsed, but I don't know.

 

I've got Ocean Avenue, Lights & Sounds, Southern Air, Lift a Sail, and self-titled. Definitely remember seeing Paper Walls at my local record store once 5-6 years ago and I'm kicking myself for not grabbing it. Not sure why I've never picked up a copy of When You're Through Thinking...

 

I grabbed one from ebay last week for 25 dollars, but it seems there are fewer and fewer for reasonable prices out there now.

I bought a vinyl at a show the other night. $40 at the merch table. I don’t think I’ve ever bought a vinyl for $40 at a show. Colony House new album The Cannonballers. It is a nice cover & colored vinyl, with merch cuts I get it. Hope $40 doesn’t become the new standard.

 

I would be so that 2xLP, color, tour variant. That is fucking steep either way

I'd prefer a standalone copy of the album.

 

Thank you! This one has been high on my list. Don't necessarily need the other 2 albums but oh well. It's still cheaper than I've seen on Discogs.

 

Great album and cool variants, but sorta overdoing it. Not really an album I need three different versions of.

 

Exactly why I don't want to jump on it. I'd get it as a standalone.

I'm sure it'll be a gorgeous set nonetheless and there are huge fans of Aaron and his projects that will love it!

 

It's a really cool idea and a concept I wish more artists would do. But yeesh, a lot for an album I only like, not love.
