Excited to hear the other new songs you got to hear demos of! Were the older ones all from Voyeurist?

 

Song is pretty good but I’m not really impressed where as I’m still impressed with Voyuerist.

 

Also; I like Spencer as a singer and don’t mind the shouting ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ lol

 

Great song and especially dig the chorus. Super melodic.

 

Does anybody need a ticket for stroudsburg tonight? You can have it for free, I just don’t want to see it go to waste. (My son is sick ☹️)

 

New song is whatever

 

they played two new ones that we will eventually hear. One with vocals and one instrumental needing vocals still. The played one song that was left off of Voyeurist. They played the demo of Reinventing Your Exit with Dallas on vocals. They played Let Go demo followed by Let Go because it came out that day ha.

 

how different is the version with dallas? better or worse?

they did not. It was cool but very generic Voyeurist feels and didn’t blow my socks off or anything.

It was also kind of adorable how excited Chris was to be playing these all off his phone and asking the people “do you want to hear a new or an old one”.

 

I wonder if they recorded something else with Dallas before they replaced him with Spencer or if those three demos that leaked a while back were it.

 

There's apparently a demo version of Coryn's Defeat floating around somewhere but the most I have to go off of with that is YouTube comments talking about it which is basically the equivalent of "source: just trust me bro"

 

weird that they would play a demo 15+yrs old that's already on youtube. i think it sounds great though.

Yes, it is.

The chorus did end up being reused for a song by The New Tragic, which I find interesting since in another video Dallas Taylor claims he had zero percent to do with anything relating to this band.

 

Meh. With out being too negative, I just am not on board with this bands style anymore. No comments about selling out, blah blah blah, but the last 2 albums just haven't struck me and this new single isn't doing much either.
