Got 7 for 120 , couldn't pass up the great selection of Jason Isbell, Sturgill Simpson, Colter Wall, Tyler Childers, Charley Crockett and Slaughter Beach,Dog.

 

I'm going to live vicariously through all of you folks taking advantage of this Merchbar sale.

 

After being up since 3am shovelling a foot of snow then having to commute a nasty drive to work, and watching an endless stream of Cocomelon with my 2 year old this afternoon...

Time for a relaxing Saturday evening. Figured we were on the topic of Blood Brothers the other day. I felt was appropriate to spin these.

My buddy sold it to me $10 bucks back in the day. He regrets it everytime I show a picture of me spinning it!

 

I grabbed that Move Along repress and the Closure In Moscow preorder yesterday.

I had the Fear Before /50 Demo in my cart but I couldn't pull the trigger. It sold out and I didn't feel half as bad as I was expecting haha.

 

I did that with art damage it. Regretted every day since

 

I hope Paramore gets a repress that sounds better :(

 

The Early November aren't one of my favorite bands, but I like most of their music and I just really love this album art. It also came with a digital download code which should be standard for all vinyl sales.

 

Could have done some serious damage on that Merchbar site. Somehow showed restraint and just picked up Alkaline Trio and Menzingers.

 

Tbh I stopped listening to TEN afrer TMTMATP (and obviously was a big fan during the DTR boom).

I picked up Lilac and In Currents on the Rise clearance sale just cause, but found myself enjoying them again. I still have to listen to this new one though.

 

The new one isn’t really a normal full length. It is in that they did record it all new, but it’s basically b-sides and unreleased songs given a current day recording. Which makes it feel more like a compilation to me. But it’s not technically one. I just feel more positive on it when I view it as a comp.

 

So kinda like the Fifteen Years release, gotcha!
