Having to watch a US stream, cause you van’t legally watch this game in the UK for some fucking reason. Two thoughts:

I am always amazed at how bad American adverts are. When I was in Chicago in September we counted 7 legal/drug advertisements in one half time break.

Secondly, the guy who isn’t Tim Howard appears completely clueless. “Martinelli is in an offside position but he’s behind the ball” There’s a term for that. Onside.

  2. ESPN FC studio crew trashing Spurs for not starting Kane tonight lol

“every Spurs fan would rather win the FA Cup over getting top 4, play Kane!”

uhhh…I’d rather have CL next year haha

And even so, we have fucking Son and Richarlison out there. We should be able to score without Kane….

Ball clearly out of play and the ref lets them play on. What a fucking joke.

I'm a bit torn between a loss here being beneficial in the long run, given it's now probably the least important competition we're still in and surely the team can't survive playing every 3 days till the end of the season.

But at the same time, a Cup Double, Tinpot Treble or even (whisper quietly) a Quadruple sound real good still.

That replay made me furious. Absolute incompetence.

Course VAR starts having a proper look at things for our goal

We’re playing so well this half. Back to our best.

What an absolute bargain. Covers the front three places, and actually is providing competition for all of them. Really impressed with him.

God fuxking damn, losing to a League 2 team at home with a fairly strong team out. Maybe that Nathan Jones guy wasn't the problem :embarrassed:

Would you really rather not win something? I know it isn’t that simple but, say it was?

You get to choose winning the FA cup and coming 5th in the league, or coming fourth and winning nothing.

Surely the trophy is more important?

Super finish from the lad to be fair.

Bruno just needs to stop man. You’re not going to win the game on your own.

  15. I get both arguments, but at this moment I’d rather have CL next year. We need to improve the team this summer and I think it’d be much harder to do if we finish 5th. It’s also way less likely Conte or Kane stay if we finish 5th, although I suppose it’s possible they’d want to stay if we won a cup.

  16. But we won’t get either playing like we are tonight. Look like absolute shit.

Referee FINALLY books one of their players for taking out Garnacho. Fucking hell.

Yeah, I get this to be fair. When you know that you probably have a new manager and a fair bit of work in the transfer market to do, maybe CL is crucial to getting your targets.

    4-0.

This could be a LONG 10 minutes for Everton, We’re all over them and look like scoring with every attack.

Well done, Arsenal. Really turned up in the 2nd half.

  22. And there’s the goal to knock us out lol

We’ve looked like a relegation team today. It’s been a struggle to complete a fucking pass. We just keep giving the ball back and they aren’t even pressing that hard. Knew that goal was coming.
