I decided to restart GoW 2018 for my completionist playthrough last night. I essentially picked what to get back to first at random. The game is just outright beautiful. Looking forward to playing through it again and maybe I will roll right into Ragnarok.

 

Just play Lil Gator Game.

I kind of gave up on Metroid Prime, but I might go back

GoW 2018 is one of my favorite PC games

 

Forgive me, I forgot this fever dream existed

 

Love Outer Worlds but it's so weird when relatively new games get updated graphics

 

to be fair it wasn't exactly a looker.

 

Maybe I don't notice because I have a junky pc and play on lower settings anyway

I’m going to keep a tally of the albums I listen to while playing any single player game so here it is for yesterday for far cry 3:

I haven't played Destiny 2 at all this last season. Before then it was spotty after diving in again at Witch Queen. I told myself and others I played with at work that I prob wasn't going to do Lightfall.

But I played about 5 hours yesterday and dropped the $99 on the preorder because of course.

Since I'm recovering this week from a big trail ultramarathon I did last Saturday I said why the hell not!

 

Back in the day when you could rip CDs to the original Xbox I put Moneen's The Red Tree on there and played Black. It was a very good time.

 

Is that new Gorillaz record any good? It kinda snuck up on me and I hadn't heard much about it. I remember being really into The Now Now a few years ago

 

If you like The Now Now, I feel like you would like Cracker Island. I think it's a very solid pop album. Oil with Stevie Nicks is fantastic. I think I like it more than The Now Now a bit.

A lot of people are shitting on it because it's "just a boring pop album" but they just want like Demon Days 2 or Plastic Beach 2.

 

They also just released three new bonus songs that sound like old school "classic" Gorillaz with De La Soul, Del the Funky Homosapien and MC Bin Laden. So there's a good mix of stuff now.

 

This just sold me on it. Fucking loved The Now Now.

 

There aren't really songs like Sorcererz or Lake Zurich on this album, but it's very moody and laid back like some of the album.

 

I love the chill vibes of their music lately so I can’t complain and I’m excited to check out these new songs on my lunch

 

Anyone play Sons of the Forest? I just found out about it and really want to find a crew to play it with
