These guys do an upbeat driving rock song like no other band on earth, the drums on Sunday sound so fucking good

Flesh and Solitude is also fuckin nuts

Flesh & Solitude is my JAM.

 

This rules so much, always kinda liked this band but this record has me fully on board. Felt the length a little bit during The World because I don’t think that track adds much by the time it shows up, but Gearhead and Flesh sucked me right back in with that heavier edge. That ending riff on The Comedown is a neck snapper

 

Unsurprised that I love this but I wasn't expecting it to be this good. Riffs are amazing throughout

 

Every song on this has something special man, all of it. Love the Failure-y chords on Fine Day. Guitar tone on Soft to Touch is disgusting

 

Record rules. This band didn't use to totally click for me for some reason, but I recently found the light and I'm glad I did.

 

fantastic album. production is making this click much easier than their other albums, which I've always liked when they're on but never really sunk in for me

love this one like I love the new Soul Blind, put 'em both on shuffle/repeat and it'll be a treat

 

What does this band sound like? I generally dig most RFC acts but have never listened to this one.

 

They sound like what you would get if you sat down members of Teenage Wrist, Around the Fur-era Deftones, and Nothing and asked them to write a Tony Hawk Pro Skater soundtrack.

This hasn't come off my turntable since I got it thursday night. Keep going "I'm gonna listen to something else" then just flip it back over and run it again

 

I just want these guys to succeed and release a ton more albums. There's a real need for bands that just ~rock~ like this these days. "Sunday", "Caroline", and "Flesh & Solitude" just show what they're capable of.

 

I don’t really do this often, but fourth listen through I took The World out of rotation and the runtime felt a lot tighter to me. Idk that one just doesn’t really hit

Anyway man The Real is such a great opener! Gets me so amped every time

 

saw these guys do a 50 min set supporting white reaper tonight. absolutely phenomenal. fucking MASSIVE guitar sound even in a small venue. blown away

 

The way that entire second half of Fine Day just builds to the ending is so sick

 

If anyone missed the last higher power album, it’s very much in this vein. Excide’s album as well. Seems like most have listened to Soul Blind. Cool to see that sound make its way back the last few years.

 

The real is nuts
