  1. McKennie-Adams midfield uniting in Leeds would be pretty cool. Plus Aaronsson in their attack. I’d be forced to have Leeds as my second team.

The club posted this interview with our owner Farhad Moshiri pretty much straight after The Guardian published this:

I don't know whether I'm coming or going rn. Far too information to process in a short period of time :crylaugh:

It's a cruel man who disallows a Joelinton goal.

I wonder if Bezos still wants to buy a club.

Of course exclusive rights generate more revenue but who says that is has to be this way? Just announce that in the next cycle 3 or 4 years in the future there won't be exclusive rights. Then all clubs could plan accordingly with less income from TV rights. And really, I also have no problem if the whole system just crashes. It has to happen at some point. Prices are already ridiculously high. It's not sustainable for consumers.

Not the same jurisdiction but I remember there was a similar incident with Hakan Calhanoglu when he was at Leverkusen. I don't remember the details but basically he did something wrong years before while he was still at Karlsruhe (I think he signed two contracts with two different teams) and then was banned for some time - which meant Leverkusen was the one suffering although they had nothing to do with it really.

All bias aside, Pope surely has to be the keeper England build around for the next Euros.

I'd say Ramsdale might be the more obvious shout. Newcastle's defense do a lot of heavy lifting for him. Ramsdale is younger and brings a big personality to it too, which I think would maybe suit the England camp. I'm not sure who I'd fancy more in just outright shot stopping. But in terms of having two extremely solid options, England are in a decent spot. It's not like Pickford has disgraced himself for England either.

Stuff like this is what makes international management tough for me. I know people have given out about Southgate a lot for picking his boys not based on club form. But how do you justify dropping players that play well in your system? It's all well and good a player doing the business at club level, but you're rolling the dice whether they will bring that into the national team. Do you drop Pickford because at club level he's in a struggling team while he's still performing well at England? tough question.

This is legitimately every conversation with my girlfriend at the moment. She must be sick of Arsenal.

Wouldn't be a Dortmund match without some chaos within the first 10 minutes.

I honestly wonder if you put a hundred bucks on every one of Dortmund's matches for say the past two or three years for a Both Teams to Score bet, what kind of profit would you have got?

This and placing a bet on Dortmund conceding first. Thousands of dollars for sure.

    RB Liverpool it is.

They do have teams in Germany, Austria, Brazil, Australia and the US right?
