There's also no Toronto date, and he's obviously huge here lol

 

Good points lol. I’m now realizing there’s a huge 13 day gap between the Philly and Charlotte shows. Guessing that’s where NYC and Toronto fall in

 

21 won’t be on those Canadian dates since he’s not allowed to leave the country I believe…

Drake's 2018 tour with Migos was supposed to play an NHL arena in St. Paul, MN and the date was canceled because of low ticket sales. Both of those artists were white-hot at the time, but the concertgoing public just wasn't interested.

Sure he's more popular in other markets, but I can't imagine a flaccid, aging, controversy-stricken Drake filling NFL fields at this point. The only saving grace I can imagine is that concerts are much more popular post-pandemic, especially among the gen-z, wannabe-influencer types.

 

Really? He sold out 3 or 4 nights here and most of that arena tour was sold out.

 

Yeah that Drake/Migos tour sold out 4 nights here in NYC.
Not only do I think this stadium tour will sell well, I'm anticipating a second night to get added in many cities.

 

He's only toured across the US like 4 times over the last decade, I bet most markets will sell out fast.

 

If we have learned one singular thing from Morgan Wallen, it should be that controversy does nothing but fuel interest in the artist and make them arguably more popular than they've ever been. Guy has multiple dates at massive stadiums this summer (Metlife Stadium, Wrigley, Ford Field, Fenway, etc) we're talking 100k+ tickets between two shows in the same city alone.

Drake and 21 will surely be the same IMO
