They’re slowly getting a resurgence in popularity. They’ve been leaning heavy into the whole “nostalgic emo band” thing. It’s really the only thing that’s been benefiting them lol

yeah he’s the best. can make the argument AEG and LN aren’t too far apart. but for an artist of his size the options to release tickets are really only AXS and TM

 

AXS fucking stinks too. I’ve had more bot issues and crazier price increases with them since our arena uses them.

The show I most regret leaving for was when The Format was headlining at the Glasshouse and June was opening. We just wanted to go for June... the band begged us at their merch table to stick around for them but I wasn't a fan at all at the time. I still kick myself for that from time to time.

If I actively dislike the music I'm not going to stay for the closer. Call me an asshole I don't care. I am an asshole I guess. I'm miserable enough as is and staying an extra hour and a half listening to music that makes me more miserable does not sound like it would be good for my already shit mental health.

I guess if I don't know the headliner then ignore my previous statement, I'll give them a shot. But if I know them and dislike them I stand by what I said.

folks can show up to shows whenever — skip the openers, skip the headliner, who cares

 

I mean he bought the ticket, the band gets their guarantee, pretty sure someone can leave whenever they damn well please.

 

Not to mention staying to watch a band you clearly don't like is not "supporting the band" in any way.

Haha if I go to show with people, I stay until they want to leave. If I go to a show by myself, I come and go whenever I feel like it. I’ve seen HH a bunch of times and only really know like 2 of their albums, and don’t keep up with their newer stuff. So why would I want to stick around and listen to a bunch of songs I most likely don’t know? Unless they played the first album all the way through, I’m most likely not going to know much else very well. Xoxo
