Better than the second one but not hitting like This is Why

 

i did age one hundred in a single year.

 

The Paramore song is so my shit. So much Bloc Party influence going on. I'm not complaining a bit about it, however, it is very interesting to hear how much of that influence shows in the last two new songs. Hayley wasn't kidding about that influence. It's interesting because I've never seen Paramore as a band that let their influences bleed into own music that much. I dig it!

 

For the most part I dig it, but it will take a while to get used the the chorus. I definitely think it's goes on a little long repeating it at the end though.

I'll reserve final judgement on it until hearing the song in context with the rest of the album for sure.

Agreed with the poster who said YYY vibes, 3/3 for me so far this is my most hyped record of the year

 

The opening riff is the exact same as Hard Fi’s “Hard To Beat”

Yeah this is dope. Echoing the YYY vibes while still having some of that Talking Heads influence from This Is Why

 

i am sure it will grow on me, because its catchy as heck, but first reaction is i'm not super into it. i think though, with all the spoken word, shes gonna make this a fun live show performance.

 

I was wondering how to pronounce the title properly…good thing I got that answered many times!

 

I'm really into the verses and bridge, but the chorus is kinda whatever

 

the only single really doing anything for me is This Is Why. maybe I'll like the other two in context of the record but idk, not for me. we'll see!
