I'm in love with Origins' skincare line. No greasy feeling after applying.

I haven't been able to find an eye makeup remover that works and isn't too greasy. I use Lancome and I HATE IT but it's the only thing I've tried that actually gets the makeup off. I don't like using cold cream either. I'm a pain in my own ass sometimes.

Not sure how much eye make-up you wear, but would wiping your eyes with micellar water or micellar water wipes work?

That's what I use to wash my face with but my eyeliner and mascara will never come completely off with just micellar water.

Their charcoal mask if a lifesaver as a spot treatment for me

I love their problem skin mask and the charcoal mask. I'm lazy, not used to wearing makeup and my skin is all scarred from acne, but Origins' skin stuff makes me feel less bad about my terrible skin.

Have you tried the Makeup Eraser? I don't use it myself, but I've heard good things about it because it just uses regular water and it takes off all the makeup.

I have never heard of that until now. It's so cool! I wonder what the secret is. I'm sure I'll like their other products, too.

apparently, it's just a polyester washcloth for like $20 at Sephora, but I've heard a lot of people raving about it.

Go all 2005 on it and use a hair straightener.

The Halsey x MAC collab lipstick is out and I'm excited that one of the first swatches I found was on a darker skinned person! I may pass on it though. It doesn't look very pigmented.

MAC is kind of a letdown tbh. They have so many collections and collabs it rarely seems like they put enough effort into all of them

Today, I decided I need to up my hair game. It is so dry and flat. I feel like I have nice thick hair and I have potential but I never care enough to put effort into it.

Use a hair mask once a week, it will take your hair from dry to damn straight on point. There's so many options, it is about finding what works best for your hair. Coconut oil works, Olive oil works, both of them mixed together work even better.Neutrogena's Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask also can do the job.

I should buy a hair mask. I think I really need to cut it and start fresh. It feels like it's that length where it's just scraggly and not cute. I used to do hair masks all the time but I haven't found anything I love. It always feels so soft and smooth when it's wet right after I rinse it, but when it dries it looks all gross again. I use a leave in conditioner but I don't think I like the one I have.

Ah, cutting your hair is another option, that way you give it a new life. You can also try putting in the hair mask, covering your hair with a shower cap and running a blower over hair, and leave it in overnight. It's finding what makes your hair and you happy :-)

  19. @Meerkat I have problems with dark circles around my eyes. I feel like more sleep doesn't help me. I have two under eye products I use to see which one I like better. One is the Tony Moly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base and the other is Maybeine Cover Stick Corrector Concealer. I want to try those under eye mask looking things to see if that helps too. Haven't gotten around to purchasing any yet

  20. I saw posts about makeup remover. I have yet to find one that completely take off eye makeup well. My search is still going. As for face makeup remover, I use Eskinol deep face cleanser, which is a Filipino product I buy at my local Asian market. It works wonders!! Although I do feel like it does make my face feel dry afterward if I don't use some type of moisturizing product.

Also if anyone has issues with sensitive skin and certain soaps, body washes, and other products irritates your skin like me, I recommend papaya soap (which I get at that same local market). It's probably the only soap I've used that doesn't make me itch all the time.

I'm pretty lazy about my hair honestly. I put it up most of the time.

My favorite eye makeup remover is the Avon eye makeup remover lotion, or just any makeup wipes. Also favorite face moisturizer after washing/cleaning is CeraVe fragrance free, lightweight, non-irritating moisturizing lotion, I have combo oily and dry skin and it works perfectly.

You know how different perfumes react and smell different on certain people? Well, I hate the way my Marc Jacobs smells on me now since I've been wearing it for so long.

  24. I spotted some blackheads on my nose this morning. My face cleanser type is also a blackhead eraser, but I haven't really been wearing makeup the past few days, so I haven't been using it. I don't think I ever had issues with blackheads or any that I ever noticed. Anyone know any good blackhead "preventer" routines or products to recommend?

If people were wondering, the magic eraser works great for me. I don't wear heavy eye makeup really but i use waterproof mascara and that comes off so easily.
