3-4 hours a day when I work 5-7 when I’m off

Honestly it’s usually 0, now that I’m home for the holidays it’s anywhere between 4-8 hours a day because what else am I gonna do

 

some days I won’t do anything game related just to take a break or I’ll only do an hour or so but for the most part yeah those numbers are pretty accurate

 

it’s funny when I’m at my local game shops talking to the workers about what I’m playing I always get “wow you have a lot of free time” which I work 35 hours a week so I only have slightly more free time than your average person, it’s just that video games, music and THC products are the only really reliable things that will keep me off the fent as long as I’m fully immersing myself into them. so it’s important to me to make sure I have that time carved out for myself. last spring I started slipping and wasn’t gaming or smoking as much and while it’s not a direct relation I relapsed hard so yeah it’s something I almost have to do at this point

 

I try to squeeze in 2-3 hours a night if I can

 

Gaming is a luxury these days. Two kids and a full time job working at least 60 hours a week. So maybe an hour a day. This week was the exception since my parents are visiting until after new years.

 

Started Elden Ring again. I only got a few hours in last time, so it’s time to commit this go around

 

As someone who works ten hour days and is in grad school, rarely. Usually two two three per week and that’s playing Fortnite/OW2 with my fiancé.

 

Player's Log: The Amber Throne.

The thrust of the plot is starting to take shape. I'm now three party members strong (which I think is the max I'll actually get) and I have....(drumroll).... an airship!

Now that I see the actual World Map, the game is potentially smaller than I expected, but I'm fine with that. I don't really want to be playing one game for hours and hours, necessarily. Plus, I feel like there are secrets to be uncovered.

Still continuing to be a pretty solid romp. It does share one similarity with Machina in that your enemies can take "stances" that will either make them tougher to hurt or make them stronger, but if you use the right move, you can take them out of that stance or make them weaker. It's not a mechanic the game is reliant upon though, and it's more obvious in this game what you want to do.

I did have a close call with a glitch where my screen went completely black, but fortunately I was able to stumble into another area and that brought everything back. I was going to be livid if I had to start over. Crisis adverted.

 

Shovel knight rips but god damn the first two bosses were not easy.

 

I haven't played this game since the original release and even then I never finished it. One day I need to go back and play everything it has to offer.

 

Baby changed everything, I get an hour in after she goes down and sometimes during her nap but that's mostly it

 

Welcome to being a parent. It does cut down on gaming but I wouldn’t give it up for the world.

 

I think I am going to start High on Life since I met my goal of having my completion % go up a point. Very excited.

 

Started Horizon Forbidden West.

I barely play anything but am going to try and play more next year. I focused on reading more this year and need a break lol. But between work, a kid, spending time with my wife, tv, movies, reading, etc, hard to carve out time for games.

Yeah, my free time is definitely more towards the gym. Will always love VG though.

Update on HoL: Just beat the first bounty hunter. The game is a nice mix of Borderlands and Bioshock Infinite so far. The humor is great.

 

see i wish i read more, i only read one book last year but i bought like five fully intent on reading them. i just dont have the time for it

 

Lately mostly 0, sometimes something between 0 and 6. It sucks.

 

still amazed that you managed to go through the entire WoT as quick as you did even with a kid!
