Daily News rules. Didn't know the vinyl had an extra track and was playing the record today while doing some work and was very confused for a minute.

 

mine also just arrived. this vinyl only track is very good!!!!

I kind of can't fathom why this was left off the digital version — it immediately feels like an essential piece of this back half

 

wanna see if it's a Japanese bonus track or something, would love a clean rip

The guitar sounds on this are still my favorite of the year.

 

If you’re going to this tour don’t miss They Hate Change, they were fucking awesome.

 

Going to see him play an in-the-round show tonight and hopefully distracting myself from election stuff for a few hours. Any other Chicago folks going?

I was supposed to go on Friday in Cleveland but something came up.

Wasn’t too bent out of shape for missing him because I saw him last fall. But still sucks I missed it.

Videos of that show last night make it seem like such a cool venue, jealous of you Chicago-ins

 

It’s a cool venue for sure but this was a special show because it was on the floor and “in the round”, which they only do occasionally at the venue. The only issue was that where the microphone was placed one side was watching Bartees back a lot of the show but moving to the other side solved that issue. It would be dope if they made a rotating stage so people could see from anywhere and didn’t have to move.

Not a popular opinion, I know, but if he made a whole album like the first 4 tracks on this album I'd be way more of a fan. That's really all I like from him so far
