It’s not my favorite but this album is extremely overhated

Yeah I've heard a lot of worse and that's not even including the albums I didn't bother fully listening to.

I enjoyed the album overall, but I think the "worst album" take is the result of expectations vs reality rather than it actually being the worst album of the year. I might actually spin the album now lol

 

It’s not a great album, but if we’re reaching for low-hanging fruit, that Drake album is much, much worse and low effort.

 

I don't get the hate for this album. I loved it. Panic is just a punching bag for people too lazy to listen to anything else. I've heard far worse and at least Brendon took risks on this album. A bigger crime for me is a realllly boring album and this ain't that.

After the last album before this, I expected a lot more. This album wasn’t for me and I accept that.

 

This album is FARRRR better than Pray for the Wicked.

I don't care for either album, but this is nowhere close to Wicked lol

 

VLV came out 4 months ago and I’ve listened to it way more than PFTW in the 4 years that one has been out

 

I hated this album and then I saw it live and I came around a bit. Either way it was def a hit amongst their fans

 

I still haven’t listened to this due to hearing a few songs and not vibing them. Maybe I’ll give it a shot.

 

This has become my favorite album by them since at least Too Weird to Live

PFTW is easily the worst

 

PFTW is so much better than this and DOAB for me.

 

Yeah PFTW is bad. It felt like an attempt at DOAB pt 2 that just fell flat and was completely uninspired. This record is better.

 

It was like DOAB but with better songs.
