Jason David Frank’s wife spoke with People magazine about the events around his suicide. Trigger warning for sure as the details are pretty upsetting. Apparently she’s been getting harassed online for the last couple weeks over it with strangers blaming her for the death and she wanted to clear the air. I wasn’t aware of this, but apparently what set him down a particularly difficult path this last year is that a year ago his step daughter suddenly and tragically passed away (his wife had a little girl from her former marriage and Jason raised her as his own).

Sounds like it happened very abruptly. Really tragic.

Like Tom Cruise, Scientology slows the aging process.
I will say the second half of Cheers with her run was better than the first half. She was great on that show.

 

She was inescapable in the ‘90s. Had a such a commanding energy and presence. She definitely went off the deep end after her career stalled and she got deeper into Scientology, which was sad to see.
