I’ve grown to appreciate Mario Sunshine since I got the Switch version, it’s a cool concept and it still looks great.

 

Got my fancy new Steam Deck and pretty much all I've been using it for is GBA Castlevania roms. I'm sure this was the intended use.

 

smite has this thing in game where if you watch ads you get in game currency so that’s totally fun

love capitalism so much

 

The little bit that I've played the controls were terrible but I should probably play more

 

Finished the main story of sunbreak, thought it was a great addition to the main game but a tad repetitive. Given how great rise already was that just means it was overall really great.

 

108/142 achievements in Vampire Survivors. Woot!

 

Sunshine always looked great even on emulators that just upressed it to 1080. That game just has really strong graphical bones.

 

It’s almost like art style will trump graphics every time.

Mario Galaxy makes me nauseous which sucks because it’s fun. Same issue I had with Outer Wilds :(

PC Gamer described it as a Marvel friendship simulator.

 

It’s basically fire emblem with marvel from what I’ve seen

 

But with card mechanics in the combat

 

But apparently a lot of time spent out of combat just palling around with everybody.

It's never happening. They could just have a fun, enjoyable, third-person adventure platformer series, but no, they had to go big brain worms on it, and here we are. Might as well have Peter Molyneux make it, the master of overpromising and underdelivering.

 

Also, I was very much a Kazaa boy, and then Soulseek. Good times.
