Thumb grips might be what you’re looking for but I haven’t used the removable ones before, although I’ve received quite a few pairs of them with various cases and hand grips that I’ve purchased over the years

 

I don’t know what the hell my son does to them but he always “loses” the left ones. I’m like how do you even get them to come off

 

I decided to take advantage of Nintendo's Black Friday deals while they're still running.

Purchased the following: Puzzle & Dragons Nintendo Switch Edition, Clockwork Aquario, Shinsekai: Into the Depths, The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors, and Arc of Alchemist. Had money left over, so I also got Avenging Spirit, not on sale.

I also did something I swore at the time of release that I wouldn't do, and decided to upgrade to the Expansion Pack membership to get N64 and Genesis access, because what can I say, Nintendo may not want my money, but I give it to them anyway.

 

I refuse to believe half of those games are real or that I’m just not a real gamer

 

Shinsekai is fucking incredible and everyone should play it. Underwater Metroidvania.

Puzzle and Dragons is actually a pretty big long-running franchise. It's mainly a mobile franchise though, hence the "Nintendo Switch Edition", but they've put the game on other consoles in the past.

Avenging Spirit is actually an old arcade game that was ported to the Game Boy back in the day. This is the actual full-color arcade game though, remade for the Switch. Really interesting mechanic where you take control of other people's bodies.

Shinsekai, as mentioned above, is a Metroidvania starring a submarine that was made by Capcom as a launch title for Apple Arcade, that also found its way to the Switch.

Clockwork Aquario is an old school 2D Sonic-style platformer by Westone that was actually supposed to come out for arcades back in 1992, but was cancelled due to changing trends in the medium at the time. The project was eventually shelved, until Strictly Limited Games picked up the rights from Sega and collaborated with former members of Westone to complete the game, and put it out for current consoles.

Arc of Alchemist is one of the many cute and comfy JRPGs made by Idea Factory, the company behind the Neptunia franchise. Unfortunately, this one is not on Steam, hence my purchase on Switch.

The Ninja Saviors is a modern remake of the old SNES game, The Ninja Warriors, which was itself a port of the arcade game by Taito. Beat-em-up brawler with ninjas. Kind of a cult classic in that genre.
