I always forgot how much of an improvement there was between fallout 3 and new vegas like it’s crazy better

also idk if it’s just they boosted or whatever but it looks really good on my series x

 

it's 720p but got a boost to 60fps. if it looks any better than that your TV is doing some upscaling magic.

 

I say this and now I wanna give up on it since it crashed three times in a row on me

 

Is Kingdom Hearts III good? Saw it was added to Ps+ and it's tempting me away from Pokemon (which I've barely touched)...

 

I just decided to Google my problem and it’s a common problem and the only help is to turn off any graphics thing and constantly save so love a buggy game so much

 

If you’re a fan of the series it’s worth playing. I would not recommend it to anyone else lol.

 

Are there any cool moba games that get updates and aren’t free to play? I like the style but the f2p formula is genuinely awful.

“Games that were complete without updates or DLCs” just seems like revisionist history to me, there were plenty of expansion packs and rushed sequels before the age of DLC and trust me people bitched about those too

I turned off all the graphics things and it still crashed two more times and I think I’m about ready to give up on fallout new Vegas

I’m still annoyed that Darktide got delayed for Series X/S with no clear release window for it.

 

The game that immediately comes to mind is F.E.A.R.
Way back when before Monolith was known for the Mordor games they had a pretty legit FPS. The game had two follow ups that equally as good. The first was a little before its time and was caught up in that period before DLC’s so they released two stand alone expansions and then later released together as a standalone expansion. This was also during the days of “Gold” editions where they then released the game and all the dlc together as another game. This was back when WB was literally growing money on trees.

 

honestly I’m just saying FUCK IT and downloading the whole Yakuza series.

I know for a fact that it won’t crash and they are all generally enjoyable games.

 

Not to mention that they were laughably mundane compared to the games we are playing today.

I was watching a “history of video games” type video the other day (my fav genre of YouTube essay) and there was a clip about the original lead dev on the infamous ET game talking about how he felt so rushed by a 3 month dev cycle compared to his typical 6-9 month (nice) projects lol. some things never change.

 

Based on the description I hope it’s a literal walking simulator

 

Some jabroni was selling a PS3 on Nextdoor for $40 and I was able to nab it today. Included gran turismo 5 and a few random ps2 games which was a nice bonus. Works perfectly.

 

That sounds pretty damn cool. Although, I’m not sure the graphics would be tolerable after playing current gen.
