I've only played like an hour but the only janky thing I noticed was if you see people walking that are far away, it's really rough but they smooth out when you get closer. So no big deal.

 

he's going to be SO MAD when he wakes up and finds out he's not a nerd.

 

My favorite thing is when you jump down and your motorcycle looks like it’s going to break its neck until the screen resets lol

 

Any joy con sales this weekend? Mine have been drifting for months

 

Also millions of kids that are too young for social media and their parents bought them the games.

 

I do miss the days of subscribing to Nintendo power and gamepro or whatever it was and that was my only news source for video games. If a game had cool pictures that is what I would spend my allowance on lol.

I miss the legit strategy guides. Like the ones from Versus Books. I used to love just looking at those things

 

I think I was a prima strategy guide person. Then when I got the internet it was gamefaqs.

 

I always got the official Nintendo guides from the back of Nintendo Power, with two exceptions.

Earthbound, only sold with the game, which I happened to find one copy sold by itself in a Wal-Mart by random chance.

And Conker, because Nintendo Power refused to acknowledge the game's existence, much less that a guide was made for it.

Any non-Nintendo games, it was Prima all the way.

 

Y’all missed out on the Versus Books. Although they only did them for a handful of games but they were some of the most popular ones. Pokémon RBY, MGS, RE 2.

I would yell at my siblings/friends if they just pulled the disc out lol

 

To be fair, the lid of the GameCube partially obscures the disc tray so the "PUSH" text isn't something you necessarily see at a glance iirc

But I'd also never claim to be very observant

 

I definitely always took my discs out that way haha
