Has nothing to do with vinyl but, since you all were talking about AFI. I randomly got this live nation email today, I’m not even anywhere near this region of the country so not sure why I got it but I guess consider it news:

 

Speaking of white whales…so happy that one of the best records ever got repressed

 

They confirmed pressing is "Just under 1k"

 

Also: they put 51 minutes on one piece of vinyl and it sounds really good, proof that you don't need 2xLP all the time if you know what you're doing

 

Sheeeesh. I guess they overestimated the demand for this. Good pickups though!

I've been looking for a shelving unit like this. Might not need quite as many cubes. Any recommendations on where to find something like this (or similar style but half the size)?

 

There are some good spots down off south street in Philly! If you're able, go visit Double Decker in Allentown or Siren Records in Doylestown.

 

Finally got my April 2021 preorder from NoSleep this morning! Got La Dispute's Somewhere repress along with it and it sounds solid.
