Thanks to yall for the Palm recs and especially to whoever said "the new Palm is absurd"

Such a solid album. I love that they covered one of my favourite Bjork songs "Enjoy" and it sounds straight up like Deftones Adrenaline era!

Oh man! I forgot about Ef! I had this post rock / ambient playlist on my iPod classic years ago. Had their album "Give Me Beauty... Or Give Me Death!" on it.

Honestly, getting the album list AND single list as extensive as it is now takes up several hours. Hoping to add genres at some point too, but it's not quick and easy unfortunately.

    D'oh! Prestigious

It's a classic to me of course! ;D some of the stuff there were my firsts within the post rock genre. Though they really did master their sound a few albums after that still

    Slowly Slowly - Daisy Chain

This band is incredible and so deserve to be huge. If you haven't seen them live do yourself a favour, they kill it.

Thanks to everyone recommending Slowly Slowly, I just got to it today & I'm pissed I didn't listen Friday & all weekend. There seems to be so much good stuff coming out of Australia the past few years

I listened to the new Turnover album about 5 times now. I semi enjoy the songs, Myself In The Way and Ain't Love Heavy. Even those two are just okay at best. The rest is meh, or plain out awful. I can't think of a band that I've disliked their "new" sound more than Turnover. What a bad path they have gone down.
