sooooo..... this is good.

 

I'm going to an Arms Length house show in a couple of weeks, I can't wait. The record is as good as I was expecting. Muscle Memory is going to be on repeat.

 

Is anyone here a musician who really wants to write songs inspired by but not ripping off 00s emo and lives in Austin? I have a bunch of song ideas I want to develop, I've been in a band before w/ another songwriter and it's a setup I'd like to try again...

(also I dislike the twinkly/weed emo stuff, so that's not the place I'm coming from heh)

Maybe not exactly emo but Signals Midwest is my album of the year so far. Been spinning Arm's Length and Born Without Bones a ton this week too.

 

oh wow I had never listened to injury tape before - it’s amazing thank you so much for rec. “Piss cup” is incredible.
