Agreed. I really enjoyed it. And considering the usual Marvel fare, this was super refreshing.

 

Deadstream was SO much fun. Damn. Was a little worried about the humor but like 90% of it lands and there are some genuine scares. BEEF CAM had me rolling. A must-watch for Shudder folks this month

Ah man, for some reason, I thought Hulu didn't have ads during new movies. I don't remember any during Prey. Bummer

Thought the new Hellraiser was great. Best Hellraiser in decades, easily.

 

too many things dropping while i'm still trying to get thru my Halloween binge. might have to break for new Hellraiser though

 

New Hellraiser is def horny lol this is great so far. A different take on the themes of the original, but it's really working for me. Making me want to watch Hellraiser 2 with JBB

 

really enjoyed that. Bruckner was a terrific choice to direct, his framing of architecture already makes everything look like a labyrinth even before they get to the mansion. Cenobites were as terrifying as they've ever been, especially Chatterer

 

Love how he always made time to assign a name to his cameras

 

Enjoyed Hellraiser (2022). Werewolf by Night was fun

 

halloween 5 is rancid lol, truly awful

 

Switching to Hulu bundle for Hellraiser, a month before my Disney+ annual sub ends

 

Under the Skin was pretty good, I didn't like it very much, though.

Man a lot on my list isn’t streaming. The Fog, The Blob, There’s Nothing Out There, Terror Vision and The Guest ugh.

 

Though Tubi and Pluto have been coming in clutch with some stuff

almost impressed with how incoherent Halloween 6 is, it's like they edited it blindfolded in the middle of an electrical storm. the last 20 minutes especially were hilarious

ngl really losing my wind with this lol. wish I'd watched Hellraiser after cos the whole time I was just thinking about how great that was and how I could be watching it instead
