I used to be into that style of “metal” but yeah, on record it all just blends together. Live I’m sure it’s a different story.

 

I mean, that bands sucks anyways, but also discounting a laptop and thinking it's not important to (certain) band's performances is a little whack.

 

For me it’s the not having a backup part

 

techy stuff is mostly really boring and bad songwriting. human-era death and atheist are example of doing tech stuff right while still writing incredible songs. polyphia is just bleh to me imo

I ended up leaving before Blood Incantation, but Full of Hell and Vermin Womb were both so goddamn good last night. My seventh time seeing Full of Hell and that band literally just gets better every time. Vermin Womb have to be one of my favorite current metal bands too. Definitely hit that tour up if you get the chance.
