FUCKIN SAVAGES IN THAT FUCKIN BOX Prestigious

Oh yeah haha. Maybe it's cause the music video was so great. I was definitely surprised too. And surprised how much I enjoyed it myself.

The line "when I needed you most when I needed a friend you let me down now(like i let you down then)" just kills me whenever i'm in a shit relationship so that song is definitely always in my top 10 for blink. Blink has some lyrical gems for sure

When we were at Mansfield this summer, the biggest crowd reaction (on the lawn) were the hits/singles, where my daughter/I sang all the words to all the songs with all the people near us.

For her, she LOVED it... I did too, really.

  8. The Emergency Room tour is only a mini tour running through October, after that I know Dan is doing another Falcon tour in November.

  9. After the show, I overheard this guy say, "Blink-182 was so good! I thought I knew more of their songs though."

I thought that was strange. Haha.

I'm always surprised at the people who don't know Carousel, Not Now, STFTK, Dumpweed, and Man Overboard... Seems like a majority

Not Now is a b-side. So is Man Overboard basically.

Still were singles that had music videos

Never said that wasn't true. But them not being on a full album release probably does effect how much the casual blink fan knows them.

Is anyone going to the show tonight who'd be willing to pick me up the mad hatter poster?

"She's Out Of Her Mind" is confirmed as the second single for once and for all. Impacts Alternative radio on October 11th.

I still think this is a poor choice. It sounds too much like 15 years ago, too engrained in the pop punk of that era (whereas "Bored To Death" alternative rock vibe bridged the then and now perfectly).

Can't imagine a crossover to Top 40 for those exact reasons. Top 10 on Alternative should be the minimal goal, top 5 would be a good result... I firmly believe "Sober" was the way to go. Would smash on their core format (would go at least top 3, imo) and stand a chance on Pop...

Los Angeles would have been the only proper single. A remix version of Home Is Such A Lonely Place with a better riff would also work really well imo.

I think sober would be a killer fall single. She's out of her mind would have been great if released end of August I think.

I think any of the above songs would be good singles no matter what, SOOHM included.

So I have no proof, but I just met up with a guy I went to grad school with who met Tom at the ToTheStars retail store a couple weeks back. Known him for a couple years, and he doesn't seem to bullshit.

Apparently Tom was super nice, and was willing to sign anything they bought. The most interesting part is my buddy made a comment along the lines of "when are we gonna see you in Blink again" and Tom responded with a laugh and a "it'll be happening soon" before digressing into a comment about the clothes my buddy was buying. Nothing else, and my buddy didn't dig after that, but interesting nonetheless.

He's been outright saying he'll be back in the band soon on social media and stuff, that's nothing new. Doesn't mean it's gonna happen

the song hit number 2 on the alt charts back when it came out. i'd say the casual fan should definitely know it, if they know of rock show and STFTK

Finally finished the Tom documentary. Loved it. Really do respect the guy and love his passion. Hope he does something in the near future. A new Box Car album or something would be awesome...
