Yellowcard reunited at Riot Fest and played Ocean Avenue in full. Some live videos can be found on YouTube. The band also heavily hinted more may becoming from them in the future.

They were absolutely electric at Riot Fest. A masterclass of a set. I posted this in the main thread, but the energy on stage and in the crowd was just amazing. So much positivity and so much fun. Can’t wait to see what’s next for these guys. Welcome back

Only watched some videos, but man I wish I was able to go if I wasnt so goddamn broke and scrounging money to even afford life. Anyway, Ryan had a really heartfelt speech during the set and shit made me tear up and I just wish they do some more new music and maybe another tour or something because they are legit a top 5 favorite band of mine and they sounded great from the videos I have seen.

    Might be Spider-Man...

Videos made this look like the show to be at. I know it's been awhile, but its still weird with no LP drumming.

    Better than you, sorry

When bands get older they sometimes “put the past away” and make-up with past members. LP3 would be cool, but Ben Harper—that would be epic! To dream

Personally I truly could not care any less about Ben Harper playing with Yellowcard. No thanks. The lineup they have now with Key, Mackin, Mendez and Portman is incredible.

Nate did a great job on drums at Riot Fest, his kit sounded great and he was in complete control. Would also be cool if they brought back Jimmy from Like Torches. He absolutely destroyed on their final tour. Not sure how feasible that is for them though.

    So stoked either way.

I'm so glad they got the reaction they did. I was glued to their Instagram story watching all the videos from people just wishing they would continue as a band and that this wasn't a one off. Sounds like this is exactly what they needed to continue.

YC is one of my all time favorite bands. A band that I discovered when I started to find my taste in music so I'm thrilled about this! Hope they eventually go on tour again and I hope to hear new music. They can take all the time they need to do that though. No rush.

Agreed. Never quite understood the fandom around Ben.

Even if I didn't like any YC albums after Paper Walls (which I thoroughly enjoyed), I still enjoyed seeing them live and will continue to at least give anything they release a shot.

Let's get these people moving faster!

Biggest regret in my music fandom is never having seen them live. Were my first real favourite band, but by the time I lived near enough to anywhere to go to shows I'd moved onto going to heavier shows and never sought out seeing them - nor were they on Warped the years I went. If they become active again I'll remedy that mistake
