Does anyone know any Voivod? I don't really. I discovered them on Kazaa/Limewire/Whatever in the early 2000s while looking for Metallica. Everyone had that experience right?

 

I think it’s more of the fact that we are getting new music after almost losing Dallas.

 

I've only listened to a couple of their older albums, weird Canadian tech-y thrash. Can't say much about the newer stuff, though their album from this year appears to have been well received.

I don’t know who else remembers them, but post-metal band A Hope For Home have returned and are finally putting out their first album in over a decade this Friday. Here’s the first taste of it.

Also I still can’t believe Dallas is back and it makes me so happy for him. I’ve sporadically followed his health updates for the past five or six years and not only it is incredible that he is still with us, but even more that he’s back in a place where he can physically be able to perform again. Truly inspiring.

really looking forward to new Maylene. I love their first three albums, but IV had like two good songs while the rest sounded like Breaking Benjamin or something.

Thankfully I don't think that's a well they'll be returning to this time.
