    Terrible news.

Obligatory first post in the new season of Go Vols! I got season tickets this year. Should be fun.

I think 8-4 is a reasonable expectation for this team. If they get a few breaks then they could compete to represent the West in the Big 10 championship and get walloped by Ohio State. The biggest questions is if they have enough gamebreakers to put up big plays. I just need them to beat Iowa and the rest will be gravy.

So he lost the starting job and quit?

why not just transfer to a different program?

He lost the back up job. He's a sixth year guy with two degrees already and no chance of playing pro. I get it.

Shown some flashes but could step into a big role with KT gone and really show out I’m excited to watch him this year

Can we just GET TO IT... whatever "it" is. I've been mostly really okay with how college football has been so it's sad to see it go away like this but lets just get to the point already. So bummed. I was really excited once the 12 team playoff was announced. Finally felt like we were gonna have a perfect system where the smaller schools were gonna get "A" chance and allow a little more parity with the super teams so it doesn't get stale.

    but alas

Really nice deal. It comes due before the ESPN/SEC deal as well. Also has a contract escalator in the event of expansion.

We made it. Less than a week out from actual meaningful football.
