I can’t even attempt to rewatch any of those shows. Just puts me in a weird place mentally.

This video came up after searching “Recess episode that explains why Capitalism always fails.”

 

It only seems that way when you’re on Twitter and Chorus all day

 

Maybe a more accurate question to ask would be "Do you vote Republican or Democrat?" The word "liberal" might be interpreted differently.

 

I guess I would not call myself liberal, I would more call myself progressive. Neoliberalism has ruined that liberal tag for myself personally.

 

Yeah, I know on here of course, most are very critical of liberalism in general, but I would assume most Americans think of politics as a liberal-conservative binary without any other option (i.e. a progressive would be considered "more liberal" than a moderate Dem).

It is an interesting question because "liberal" is such a vague term that draws on several different forms of politics/economics

I have instant respect for any one who chooses to go through life known as either Violent J or Shaggy 2 Dope.

 

Never felt so old. I just had to file a noise complaint for the Aldi across the street accepting deliveries at like 3 in the morning and waking up the whole damn neighborhood. It's been happening more and more frequently and my girlfriend and I have just had enough. If it's not that it's the delivery truck idling in the parking lot, or pressure washing carts, all shit that is not supposed to happen between 10pm and 7am.

 

Our mayor died this morning. Not exactly a beloved man, but very curious where that takes my town now.
