  1. Death in the Family is supposed to be like Bandersnatch but the interactivity (and therefore the alternate endings) are apparently only available on the bluray

The Sandman was excellent fantasy television. Highly recommended.

Watching all the Mission Impossible movies - the first is fantastic! I cannot believe that was 1996 outside some of the dated effects.

I watched the first for the first time a few months ago and thought it was great. Haven’t yet watched any of the others though.

Stoked for him, that’s a great one. It was my favorite Batman movie for a long time as a kid. Crazy to think how old it is now.

  7. Thoughts on DCAMU continuity? Up until now I was watching these Bat films as standalone but I just started Hush and found the art style familiar--it apparently takes place about half a dozen films after Bad Blood. The only other thing I've seen is Judas Contract, which was okay. idk if I wanna get sucked into the whole thing

Yeah, on the wiki page it says what universe each film is in. I plan on watching them all in order eventually.

Is Industry good? Seems like it could be interesting, but I’m already into Succession and not sure I need two business-y soap operas lol

I tried with it but it kinda hits you over the head with its themes. I gave up after a few episodes. Not really my thing. I’d say it’s like Succession-lite meets Euphoria.

Injustice, Doomsday, and Green Lantern: First Flight. But they’re all stand-alone.

Finished season 3 of Never Have I Ever. The relationship hopping this season was a lot to keep up with this go around, but I like where it all landed by the end. I appreciated what they did with Paxton’s character this season by developing him further beyond Devi’s perceptions. I also need as much Trent as I can possibly get.

  15. Hush is a pretty average Bat film, maybe if Hush wasn't just The Riddler I would've liked it a little more. I liked Selina more in her anime film and in The Long Halloween, but her relationship with Bruce in this was nice.

I hate that Barbara only shows up in little cameos in these, especially now that her live action movie was canceled.

Also, Harley's still with Joker in these? Ew.

Have you seen the Harley Quinn animated series on HBO Max? You’d like that.

I typically like Jamie Foxx but Day Shift was a dud for me. Most of the action was fun but overall this is a lazy mess. Kinda made me feel the same way as movies like RIPD or Brightburn did with the overambitious worldbuilding stuff. Cool concept with poor execution.

I've watched Hulu's 9/11 limited series The Looming Tower every september for the last two or three years. Thinking about doing an another rewatch soon. Very underrated.

I recently realized this show acts as a direct prequel to two different 9/11 movies. the FBI agent Ali Soufan is also depicted in the 2019 Amazon torture procedural film The Report, and Wren Shmidt's character is essentially the same exact person as Jessica Chastain's character in Zero Dark Thirty (based on the same actual CIA agent).
