It's his first music since 2014

 

I was just expecting bands to tour lots to generate revenue, but I kind of thought more of them would have worked on albums or releases prior hitting the road.

 

What I've seen and heard of new music... I'm not surprised.

I'm not impressed.

People write concept records that can’t even come close to the complexity of this. Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. You should check out their previous records if you like them.

It’s entirely possibly for bands/artists to make make great and meaningful records of they are inspired and motivated like GoY were to tell Dave’s Dad story.

Yeah I keep it to track the albums I listened to this year, and if I liked them or not by giving them a rating. Makes it way easier to make my end of the year lists.

I go back and edit my original post to include new albums.

 

Mad props to whomever it was that recommended Social Animals.

Great record.

 

I'm going back a few pages, but I'm going to have to say that I absolutely 100% don't get Wet Leg and I'm just going to have to let the youngins have that one and file it away in the not for me but you do you bin. If there was ever a sound that encapsulated gen z and how out of touch I am, it's that band. Normally I hear about an indie band exploding that are current and trendy and I can get on board, but nah, not this time.

 

They suck though...
