Looks awesome. I assume it'll be like the Red Bull Sessions for M/M where they just jam out a couple songs in the studio from the new album?

Anyone heard this before? I hadn't until just now.

 

New to me, I would love to have a copy of it. I've always wanted stuff like this for random reasons haha

the production on TBEITN is just phenomenal. The mixing especially is so great.

 

Just got out of the show in SLC. Phenomenal performance. They never cease to amaze me.

I really dug Nothing, Nowhere's performance... it was dark and brooding. Then I checked them out on Apple Music... what the hell? They may as well be a different band.... lots of random hiphop that was missing from the show

 

I loved Nothing, Nowhere as well. I'll have to do my own research and see what comes up.

Thrice killed it as usual. I freaked when they started playing Hoods on Peregrine... Definitely a long-time bucket list song for me. Excited to take a trip to Vegas to see them in a few weeks!

Ah! I kept off the tour thread so I would be surprised for my show next week.

That being said....YYYAAAAAYYYYYY! Would have never expected Hoods. If they kept the set the same as the last leg of the tour, I bet they replaced it with Cold Cash.

Me too. I think it's their second best release, right behind Beggars. Both fantastic albums.

 

Yeah Hoods was nuts I was on the edge of the massive pit right out in front of Dustin and it was wild. But yeah Nothing, Nowhere sounds ridiculously different

 

Haven't really gone back to it as much as past Thrice albums. Still towards the bottom for me even though it's good. For me, I don't think they will ever be able to best the Artist/Vheissu/TAI era.

 

i'll be in dallas next sunday for my 13th thrice show. a bit disappointed that only three of the songs are different from the setlist houston had earlier this year. it needs one more unplayed song from the new album, and maybe one more classic from tios or taita to replace some of the songs from the last tour... regardless i know the show will not disappoint!

 

Fuuu, forgot how beautiful The Whaler and Silver Wings are

 

Never really got into Silver Wings that much, but it's a good one. The Whaler, though, that's great.

 

Silver Wings always reminded me of Final Fantasy for some reason.

I think Lost Continent is a forgotten gem. I like how it builds, esp in the live myspace transmission version.

Lost Continent might be my favorite song from Water and one of my favorites from this band in general. The live version of it from the MySpace Transmissions is incredible
