Met Tom Savini in an antique shop in Pittsburgh this past weekend

It was! He was just chilling and smoking a cigar so I didn't want to bug him. Just asked if it was him, told him I was a fan and that it was great to see him in town. He gave me a fist bump and thanked me and told me to stay healthy.

 

God damn that's cool.

 

Started watching Bliss and shut it off. All of the characters were so unlikable. Couldn't even make it to the juicy bits.

Got tickets to Midsummer Scream. Going by myself on Friday to check out the WNUF sequel screening and then got tickets for Saturday for my girlfriend and I so we can check out the rest of the convention.

That rocks. I'm almost sure it will be good, the original is a favorite of mine and I also enjoyed Call Girl of Cthulu and What Happens Next Will Scare You. I think WNUF Sequel DVDs are shipping out in September.

 

Wow Psycho Goreman is like a really gory and twisted Power Ranger movie

 

Yeah, I've been meaning to rewatch. Kinda goes off the rails at the end but I guess that's also kind of the point

 

Psycho Goreman was hilarious and a blast

 

A top five movie of its year tbh

Didn't realize Gourley and Rust were back on Patreon last week, gotta watch Child's Play!

Also got my Vinegar Syndrome order

 

Debating skipping that trailer just because that one looks like a lot of fun to me

 

Yeah there's a pretty decent amount of new clips in that trailer

 

Watched Incantation the other night and felt pretty bleh on it. Didn't offer up anything new or exciting.

 

The decade later Orphan sequel everyone was asking for
