So who on the left is going to run against Biden in 2024?

 

Newsom? If not 2024, he’s for sure running in 2028

 

Biden will be the nom if he runs. Anyone else running will be doing it for exposure

 

I would love it if Newsom had the balls to actually go against Biden if Biden decides to run. I'd respect that at least.

Um pretty sure most of the population likes self checkout lol. Go ahead CNN do a poll on it

Same. Too much of a pain in the ass for high volume orders. Plus it makes me feel like a dick to the other people waiting in line

 

Great for 2 or less bags of stuff, worth waiting in line for the real cashier for more. I do think it's absurd that only like 1 in 4 CVSs has them, though, would speed things way up there.

 

My CVS mainly has self checkout for the most part. Their actual cashier just leaves the register to work in the aisles

 

I actually prefer the interaction between me, the customer, and the cashier and bagger. I dunno why, it just feels better. They're doing a job. I'm giving them work to do. It's the circle of life.

 

I prefer a cashier over self-checkout, but I still bag my own groceries.

 

I personally like doing self checkout because I like bagging my own groceries and I get anxiety when things aren’t bagged right (i.e. cold stuff mixed with hot stuff, meats mixed with non meats, soft products mixed with heavy stuff, etc)

 

I get a lot of shit from Aldi and they check you out at literal light speed

 

As a former bagger, it would stress me out when people bagged their own groceries because I could get in trouble for not doing anything

 

I feel like I cook pretty diverse meals throughout the week for two and I never have a ton of groceries. What are you guys buying that makes checkout overwhelming?
