Who knows who it is, all I know is that the scene was creepy and awesome. That mask/outfit deserves to be in a scary movie.

I thought this show was suppose to be a one and done season, I guess not? I'm sure I remember reading that somewhere....

 

Two and done, and they recorded all the episodes at once I believe.

oohhh, gotcha. Thank you! If they said somewhere that it's all been shot at once, I see where I probably took that as just being a season. I'm not sad at all about another season though!

 

I definitely do not think it was Russell. My guess is that next season will be about Gamby and Russell having to face the consequences of pushing Dr. Brown to the brink of insanity, and realizing that they did not know who they were messing with.

 

She is all kinds of crazy and she has def lost it all, so I wouldn't doubt that's where its going.

I can't believe Russ admitted to burning her house. I know it's not real, but after that she could have them put in jail and I think that trumps the video they have of her....

 

Well she'd have no way of proving that he said that unless she somehow recorded him. Otherwise Russell and Gamby could just deny he ever said that.

 

I wish AVClub's review title wasn't super spoilery. I saw the ending coming and wish I didn't.

 

Re: the shooter's physicality, don't forget he was standing on the sidewalk so he would appear several inches taller than Gamby.

 

The train track scene made me soooo uncomfortable haha

 

I was worried Russel was going to pull a gun at the train tracks and kill Belinda. Whole season was great.

 

Yeah but it'd get them as suspects and maybe have to do lie detector test or something. I still couldn't believe he gloated about it lol

 

What an ending. I wanted to watch the finale, and told the girlfriend she could watch it too if she'd like (she does not like shows like this). Needless to say she thought I was demented as I died laughing at the ridiculousness of the shooting at the end.

 

Holy shit that finale was crazy. My main gripe with this first season is how they would go back and forth between blatant, slapstick comedy that has no repercussions and how sometimes actions and/or comments would be taken seriously all of a sudden.

That ending obviously caught me off guard. I knew their elation of being coined Co-Principals wouldn't last long, but the shooting just came out of nowhere. The shooter did look creepy as hell though.

Also we're all in agreement that Lee is by far the best character right? I always love comedy characters that are just batshit insane (Dennis Reynolds is my favorite of all time) and he was perfect

 

I was watching this episode in the dark, really high and that mask freaked me the fuck out lol. But hooolllyyyy shiiiiiit!!!! My first thought is that it was Belinda's husband, but that would be too easy. Maybe it's someone we don't know yet but has been mentioned in passing? Either way. HOly damn. This was a great season

 

Watch it be the original principal, Bill Murray.
